Description
I double-checked the database to see if there are any name-version combinations that are not unique. One case showed up:
https://www.openml.org/d/1178
https://www.openml.org/d/1179
This shouldn't happen. They were added in 2014, maybe because of an old bug.
Still best to fix it.

Research direction
Start by comparing the database records for OpenML datasets 1178 and 1179 and tracing where name-version uniqueness is represented or checked. Done means the duplicate combination is corrected and the database no longer permits or contains this inconsistency; the issue does not identify files or tests to run.
