Description
I don't understand the concept of dataset version, and I don't think it's explained anywhere.
Can you please explain it to me and add it to the docs?
It seems a binarized variant of iris is a different version. That surprised me somewhat.
It's also unclear where it would be in the documentation.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the issue discussion and the existing documentation about datasets and versions. Clarify what a dataset version means, including whether a binarized iris dataset is a separate version, then add the explanation in the appropriate documentation location.
