Description
So when I download a CSV file using https://www.openml.org/data/v1/get_csv/ API call, there is no way to really confirm that I downloaded it correctly. It would be great if dataset metadata would include a digest (maybe SHA256 and not MD5 anymore) of the CSV file, too.

Research direction
Start at the metadata response associated with the https://www.openml.org/data/v1/get_csv/ endpoint and trace how the downloaded CSV is represented. Define the digest metadata and its algorithm, then verify that the reported value can confirm the downloaded file; the issue does not mention a specific file or test to run.
