The "our mission" statement should be clearly about Janeway, and not solely the general OLH mission.
It is jarring to land on a site that is about Janeway, then read the most prominent text (our mission) only for there to be no mention of Janeway in it. Further as it stands, it implies Janeway is only for the humanities.
