Hunt for the updated proofreader guide

Check author guide for duplicated section (I have a vague memory of this)

Merge the two duplicat form element sections that are currently in two places.
To-do still: -
Update the contributor guide + styleguide. May merge them into one file.

Work on (maybe even finish) the navigating JW guide
