Github Cheatsheet

To ease the familiarisation with Github.

First three things to do:
Start in the Notifications section, to do the following:

1. setup your email notifications (prevent overwhelm).
2. explore your Github inbox
3. look through your assigned issues

Feel free to add questions onto the end of this issue, or if you are familiar with Github and have answers, to expand the sections above.

This issue can also be added into projects for quick reference. I will review it periodically and eventually it will be converted into a document, but for the early days it's an issue so that it is interactive that can grow organically according to need.
