Description
Feedback:
Would love to be able to add a reviewer "interest" when we add new reviewers into the system from "add reviewer" instead of having to go back and add their interests into the metadata. I'd also love to know how to export all my reviewer data and then bulk add their interests rather than doing it 1 by 1 (as it is configured now)

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing “add reviewer” flow and the reviewer metadata handling described in the issue. Review how reviewer data is currently exported and how interests are added, then define done as supporting interest entry during reviewer creation and a practical way to bulk add interests instead of editing reviewers one by one.
