Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a Repository Manager, I expect that the automated submission/comment acknowledgement, acceptance, rejection, etc emails are sent in the name of the Repository with a no-reply email address, rather than in my personal identity.
Describe the solution you'd like
Offer a Repository-level toggle setting to designate a no-reply email address for repository emails, with an option to inherit from the Janeway Press. When this setting is enabled, emails to authors are sent with the identity of the Repository and the specified no-reply email address.
The exception should be the "Contact Owner" emails, which currently start an email chain outside Janeway.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the repository and press email settings and the automated submission, comment, acceptance, and rejection acknowledgements. Done means a repository-level no-reply identity can be configured or inherited, while Contact Owner emails retain their existing behavior.
