To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign into a Janeway Repository on an account with Repository Manager permissions
  2. Navigate to the Author Dashboard or Repository Manager, then note and click the option for Submission Types in the left navigation bar.
  3. Edit and update an existing submission type.
  4. Create a new submission type.

Expected behavior
Only accounts with higher permissions, such as a Superuser, should be able to edit and create submission types.
