Description
Describe the bug
Images in PDFs can get warped in Janeway's viewer. Based on reports in pdf.js issues, this may be due to Janeway using an older version of the PDF.js viewer (1.6.319); included in comparison is the same PDF loaded in our repo, which uses a newer version of pdf.js (3.11)
Janeway version
1.7.x

Research direction
Start by locating Janeway's embedded PDF.js viewer and its pinned 1.6.319 assets or configuration. Reproduce the distortion with the EarthArXiv example, compare it with the repository's PDF.js 3.11 viewer, and verify that the affected PDF images render without warping.
