Description
Describe the bug
- When entering a new author in a preprint server, the affiliation is not saved with the author record. Affiliations are blank when adding existing users created in preprints.
- Author affiliations do not display on the item page

Expected behavior
- Author affiliation information should be saved with accounts created in preprints server
- Would like author affiliations to display on item page, e.g., parenthetical after author name
