Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With the new update, there is a new translation problem. "Author details" is not translated into german, and with the rising discussion of "gender language" there is a descrepency on how to translate this (both male/female form or only male form etc.).

Describe the solution you'd like
To solve this problem, we would like to supress the title of this field, so "Author details" is not shown but the Authors are still in the same place. One thing that could be an issue is the anker-link from the top of the site towards the box (if you click on the author name, i.e. here: https://www.inggrid.org/article/id/4267/#author-5227)

Describe alternatives you've considered
We considered translating it, but didn't come to a suitable solution.

Research direction

Start by locating the rendered “Author details” field and the author anchor referenced by #author-5227. Hide the title while keeping the authors in place, then verify that links from the top of the site still reach the author box.
