Error found on master at a70af331a

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any article in copy editing workflow.
  2. Click on 'Logs, Documents and More'
  3. try different zoom and window sizes, not all display correctly.

Expected behavior
All items in menu should be visible and usable. In safari the menu is shown to the left or below the bar which keeps it on screen. In Chrome where this issue occured, the menu is to the left or below at most zoom levels, but appears above the bar at 110%.

Research direction

Start at the copyediting/article/[article_id] entry point and reproduce the menu at 1209px width in Chrome on macOS with 110% zoom. Check its positioning across the reported zoom and window sizes; done means every menu item remains visible and usable, as it does in Safari and at 100% or 125% zoom.
