Describe the bug
After performing add or update actions on several pages, there is no success message shown to confirm the operation was completed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to any page with add or update functionality
Complete the add or update action
Observe that no success confirmation message is displayed
Expected behavior
A success message should appear after each successful add or update action to inform the user that the operation was completed.
