Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are conducting an Open Review with Open Identities, where authors and reviewers are aware of each other’s identities. However, in Janeway, we cannot find a way to display reviewers' names to authors alongside their reviews, as well as authors names to reviewers.
Additionally, reviewers cannot see the ID of their own reviews, even though this ID is visible to the authors.

Describe the solution you'd like
Extend the options on open peer reviews in the review settings.
Add an option to display reviewers' names to authors.
Add an option to display authors’ names to reviewers.
Ensure that reviewers can view the ID of their own reviews for reference and clarity or hide review IDs in general.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, we have sent mails to the authors to inform them about the identities of their reviewers.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the open peer review settings and the author and reviewer views for shared reviews, then identify how review identities and IDs are currently presented. Done means settings control both identity directions and review-ID visibility, including reviewers' access to their own IDs, with the relevant behavior covered by tests.
