Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Janeway has a setting for configuring a reply-to address that is used for system-driven emails (emails sent without an interaction from a user). Some publishers expected this reply-to address to also override the editor address on the reply-to for emails sent by them (for example, when requesting revisions from an author).
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow editors to select either their own address or the journal configured reply-ro address when editing outgoing emails.

Research direction
Start by tracing the editor email flow for revision requests and locating the journal's configured reply-to setting. Determine where editors choose the reply-to address, then support choosing either their own address or the configured journal address. Done means editor-sent emails use the selected reply-to without changing system-driven email behavior.
