Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a journal manager/press staff I find it frustrating that only the assigning editor recieves a notification when a task is complete. It makes it hard to know the state of an article without logging into Janeway.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to include all handling/assigned editors when a task is complete.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
Tasks to include:

  1. Review
  2. Revision
  3. Copyeditor
  4. Author Copyedit

Consider including:

  1. Typesetting
  2. Proofreading

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned. Start by tracing the task-completion email flow and how recipients are selected. Done means an option lets all handling or assigned editors receive completion notifications for the listed task types, with the scope of typesetting and proofreading clarified.
