Description

Currently, it is not possible to skip the notifications to editors when completing typesetting. This has been requested as a feature by UNC. We may also wish to consider a general, centralised automatic notification system.

Research direction

Start by tracing the workflow used when typesetting is completed and identify how editor notifications are triggered. Clarify whether the deliverable is only an option to skip those notifications or also a centralized automatic notification system; done should include agreed behavior for the UNC request and tests for it.
