Description
Seems like editors can't assign the review again after accidentally clicking on the back-button during this process. We should make it possible to get back to the review email page.
The back button was used once in the review assignment process. As a result, the review is now set, but no notification was sent via the system. However, the notification with the URL to the individual review form is crucial in this case. Editors cannot reassign a review to the same reviewer for the same article. Withdraw does not work either, the reviewer remains blocked for the article.
