The alternative title and abstract should be showing in small under the main title.
Describe alternatives you've considered
It also could be an unfold-menu "show alternative title/abstract"
The title could also be displayed on the right where the metadata is.
Additional context
We would like to bring some of our Journals to Scopus and WoS, therefore we need a display of the alternative (english) title and abstract, preferably on the main page. We don't know excactly if it's good enough to have the native version and use the english version as the "alternative title" and "alternative abstract" version, each with separated details.
If that's a use that has been successful with Scopus in the past, then we could tell the journal to use both language settings for their metadata.
