Description
User story
A new press was setting up on Janeway and asked to change the "Privacy Policy" footer link to "Privacy Statement".
It is unclear to me whether the distinction between Policy and Statement has a concrete legal implication, but if we can avoid the conflict between those two words by just using "Privacy", which is also more concise, that is my preferred solution.
Proposed solution
- Change the Privacy Policy link to Privacy
- Change the header of the default Privacy Policy page to Privacy
Describe alternatives you've considered
Use "Privacy Statement" or "Privacy Notice"

Research direction
Locate the template or entry point for the footer's Privacy Policy link and the default Privacy Policy page heading. Update both labels to Privacy, then verify that the footer link and page heading display the new wording; the issue's checklist defines when the work is complete.
