Description

Duplicate article sections is an issue that crops up often (e.g. three sections titled 'review') and they may all have articles in them. At the moment, these sections can only be merged through a the devs running a command. By creating a web interface, users and other staff could do so themselves.

-> This would be similar to the user-merge functionality.
-> The command for the merging of sections has already been written.
