As a Janeway preprints administrator, I want to be able to tailor the text of new Janeway submission notifications so moderators may be well informed. The notification template should be able to be edited so it not be confused with the new submission notice sent to authors (owners).
Describe the solution you'd like
Add to the Email Templates section of the Repository Wizard the new repository item submission notice template for repository managers.
The section should allow the editing of the notification subject and notification text.
