Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the editor is about to make a peer-review decision via decision helper, there is no indication as to whether the author will have access to the reviewer details.
Describe the solution you'd like
As an editor, for each review assignment displayed on the decision helper, I'd like to be able to check the visibility configuration of the assignment.
Additional context
Once a review assignment is completed, it is currently not possible to check the visibility configuration of an assignment anywhere on the manager. This is because we currently display the value only on the "edit assignment" view, which is locked as soon as a review assignment is completed.

Research direction
Locate the decision helper page and the existing assignment visibility configuration used by the edit-assignment view. Check how completed review assignments are represented, then make the visibility configuration visible for each assignment on the decision helper. Done means an editor can check whether the author will access reviewer details, including after completion.
