Multitenant repositories: Each repository should have own registration & password reset templates

As a preprints Repository admin, I need to customise the email templates for user registration and password reset messages, because information I wish to convey to my usergroup is different from the other Repositories on my host Janeway Press. For example, I may need to inform my usergroup that they must complete certain steps required for registration, which may not be required at the Repository B.

Similar to Journals, each Repository should have its own email template for user registration and password reset. These should both be in the Repository Wizard.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I assume that the Press still requires its own registration & reset templates because it also allows for user registration, otherwise I might be inclined to suggest that the Press Manager probably shouldn't include these templates.

Start by comparing how journal-specific registration and password-reset templates are handled, then inspect the Repository Wizard and the Press Manager areas mentioned in the issue. Done means each repository can customise both templates independently while the press-level templates continue to support press user registration.
