Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an editor, I should not have access to infomation about the review status of papers I wrote as an author as long as it is under review. In our current setting I do not have access to the reviews as an editor-author (which is good), but I can see reviewer names, status and – with mouseover - even the review recommendations in the overview of reviews.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the possibility (possibly as a default setting) to hide all editor-related information from an editor-author as long as the article they wrote is under review.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by tracing the review overview and the permissions for users who are both editors and authors, then determine how the under-review state is represented. Done means editor-specific reviewer names, status, and recommendations are hidden from the matching author while access for other roles remains unchanged.
