Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a preprint submitting author, I want to update my preprint metadata to amend or remove my preprint's keywords or other custom metadata fields, to ensure that the preprint is accurate and up to date, and to reduce the burden of needing to ask the moderator to update these fields on my behalf.
Describe the solution you'd like
When submitting an update for approval of the moderator, the author should be able to access any of the custom fields, such as keywords, that they could add to their preprint during submission.

Research direction
Start by tracing the preprint update-for-approval flow and comparing it with the fields available during initial submission. Done means submitting authors can add, edit, or remove keywords and other custom metadata before moderator approval, without needing moderator intervention.
