Description

There are copyediting settings, but no page which draws them together for users to work with them. Theyre curently only accesible through 'All settings' if you know they exist. This is suboptimal.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing copyediting settings and the “All settings” entry point in the Python application. Review how those settings are currently exposed and use the old issue context to understand the author-review guidelines goal. Done means users have a dedicated page that brings the copyediting settings together instead of requiring access through “All settings”.
