Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes an author might choose to withdraw a paper. This is a new stage as its a useful metric to count.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option for:
- The author to withdraw the paper
- The editor to mark the paper as withdrawn
- These articles should appear in the archive noted as Withdrawn rather than rejected.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned. Start by locating the paper workflow and archive handling, then trace how authors and editors change article stages. Done means authors can withdraw papers, editors can mark them withdrawn, and the archive distinguishes withdrawn articles from rejected ones.
