Description
ISO mdoc has used COSE structures with self-designed CBOR structures, while CWT has designed a "token format" similar to JWT, that is widely used whenever JOSE is used. The question is whether CWT is suitable for use in this draft?

Research direction
Review the draft's existing ISO mdoc, COSE, and CBOR structures, then compare them with CWT's token-format model and its use alongside JOSE. Done means reaching and documenting a justified decision about whether CWT fits this draft; no files or tests are named in the issue.
