Description
As part of the development of the new harmonized specification, there may be impacts to ISO/IEC 18013-5 and OpenID for Verifiable Presentations with the need to reference this new specification.
The question is whether this should be handled through the formal 6-week review and/or informal Periodic review process in the Specification Development Process (see WG Working Procedures) or part of the OpenID Foundation Liaison arrangement with ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 17 (WG10) for regular updates.

Start with the linked WG Working Procedures and compare the formal six-week review, informal Periodic review, and OpenID Foundation Liaison arrangement described in the issue. Determine which process applies to references affecting ISO/IEC 18013-5 and OpenID for Verifiable Presentations; done means documenting the agreed route and any required follow-up.
