Description
Originally submitted by Nat (Nat Sakimura) on 2015-08-17
We should get new URIs for erratas instead of over-writing the previous ones.
e.g., http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0e1.html instead of http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0.html.
http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0.html then should be marked as "has errata" which links to the errata incorporated version.

Research direction
Review the current OpenID Connect specification URLs and the errata publication process described in the issue. Define how an errata-specific URI should relate to the original URI, including the original page's “has errata” link. Done means the URI/versioning behavior is specified and the affected publication materials reflect it.
