Description
encrypted_response_enc_values_supported is currently only listed in 5.1 new parameters but since it is client metadata, we should also list it / reference it in section 11.1 where we define additional client metadata introduced by VP.

Research direction
Locate the OpenID4VP specification sections 5.1 and 11.1, and compare how encrypted_response_enc_values_supported is presented in each. Update section 11.1 to list or reference this client metadata parameter, with completion confirmed when the parameter is consistently documented in both relevant sections.
