Description

The chapter to use etsi trust list is right now referencing the ETSI TS 119 612, but the new trust list for e.g. PID providers relies on ETSI TS 119 602 resulting in another format for the trust list.

This new format is also used to reference trusted authorities when you define a rulebook (who is authorized to issue diplomas, etc.)

To not force a breaking change, I would suggest to extend the requirements that etsi_tl is covering lists following one of the standards. Based on the loaded response it will be clear for the wallet how to parse it.

Since the standard is defining the type of lists (PID Providers, Gym Membership,...), I would not introduce a complex query language here, but just go with the URI approach as it is right now.

Research direction

Start with the ETSI Trusted List section linked in the issue and compare the current ETSI TS 119 612 reference with ETSI TS 119 602. Trace how the specification defines etsi_tl and its URI, then document support for both formats without breaking existing use. Done means the requirements cover both list standards and preserve the current URI-based approach.
