This issues is tracking consensus on the proposed lifecycle management. Text is currently as follows:
- Bidirectional Endpoint 'management' for updating the state of a CredentialInstanceId (Suspend/Resume/Unlink)
- Bidirectional status endpoint for reconciling credential state between Issuer and wallet
- Credential Data Set versioning
- Bidirectional event notification endpoint for 'poke' notifications
