Description

Allow a CSV or other supported input to use the CSV->RDF tools available from https://opengeospatial.github.io/ogc-na-tools/jsonld-uplift/

This could be uplifted, transformed, then validated to create a power to/from mapping.

The other advantage is the sematic uplift process is quite complex in terms of designating the source files and target profiles - a lot of that would be inherent in registering an example of this form in the bblocks processing.
