Description

At the moment SHACL rules test example content - but there is potentially a need for rules to do regression testing on the uplift itself, and these are not part of "the specification" rules.

this could be tests/{file}.shacl where {file}.(json|ttl) is a test case. No need for this on examples IMHO.
