Description
**Describe the bug**
Using the ALT + CLICK on a player open the Emojis menu. When I click on an emoji, it will be sent to the user under my cursor when I click on the Emoji rather than the player I clicked when opening the emoji menu.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. ALT + CLICK on Player A.
2. Click on an icon in the menu that is over another player whole holding alt
3. Notice the emoji was sent to wrong player.
**Expected behavior**
I would expect the emoji to be sent to the player I clicked on with "ALT + CLICK".
**Additional context**
This is related to holding alt while selecting the emoji

Research direction
No file or test is named. Reproduce the ALT+CLICK emoji flow with two players, then trace how the menu retains its target while the emoji is clicked over another player. Done means the emoji always goes to the player selected when the menu opened, with the reproduction case covered by an appropriate test if the project has one.
