Promo card overlay on game selector

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
OFM would like a clear and inviting way of inviting more players to the tournament. While there is a small banner to let people know, a promo card will prove more effective.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A promotional card overlaying on a game lobby slot. Goes away with a click if people are not interested.

This can ofcourse also be used to promote anything else.
With settings in a json file it can easily be tweaked how often the cards get shown, even alternating them.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Showing up in the game ending panel. But people often click away fast.
When looking for games to play, this will be way more noticable.
