[FEATURE] Within the keybind settings, add a button unbinding all keybinds.

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Whenever I play on a new environnement/version (which happens a lot due to testing), I have the choice to either tediously re-assigning all my keybinds or playing with the default keybind --> Triggers muscle-memory issues.

If I choose to rebind all keybinds, I must first unbind all keybinds and then add them all one by one.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Having a "unbind all" button would help a lot for this first tedious part.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I would be happy with a button loading keybings from JSON but... this is out of the scope of this issue though.

**Potential merging conflicts**
As [pointed out on the dev's discord](https://discord.com/channels/1359946986937258015/1516059111215730820/1516122202334822440) there are a few pending and potentially conflicting PR's tackling issues with the keybind system : #3963, #4225 and #4286
**Make sure those are all set first!**
