[Feature] Game presets/quickplay options

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When setting up many different games to be played on the same settings, it takes an annoying amount of time, and there is a high chance you miss a setting.
This is the case both for tournaments where restarts are not that infrequent, and singleplayer speedruns.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A button as part of the options panel that can save and load named presets for settings. Even an import/export functionality would be great, so the presets can be shared.
