Live max % and max tiles tracking

In tournaments and the competitive scene in general, these two metrics are commonly used for match team rankings.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
An expanded leaderboard option that tracks the maximum land area and percentage a player or team achieved in a match.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
There exists [a third-party tool for this](https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/558114-max-owned-land/code). However, it is intransparent for the players.

**Additional context**
I have a working version already. When this issue is approved I will submit a pull request.
