Clan Stats - Search bar and paginate

When viewing the clan stats UI, there are over 600 listed clans. Trying to search for a specific clan is very difficult.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A search bar to retrieve clans based on the search term, and also server-sided pagination to limit the number of listings per page. This will help limit the amount of scrolling needed, and the amount of data loaded from the server.
