Research direction
Start by reproducing the provided ofGLWindowSettings and ofCreateWindow example on Windows with a 1920x1080 monitor, then trace the fullscreen window creation path it exercises. Done means OF_FULLSCREEN reaches the bottom of the display without the reported gap, with the behavior verified using the example configuration.
