HIGH_RESOLUTION_CAPABLE = YES
and
glfwWindowHint(GLFW_COCOA_RETINA_FRAMEBUFFER, false);
which results in the same resolution everything the same

But the window decoration and title aren't low res anymore

Research direction

Reproduce on macOS with HIGH_RESOLUTION_CAPABLE=YES and GLFW_COCOA_RETINA_FRAMEBUFFER=false, then trace the window and framebuffer setup. The issue names no files or tests; clarify the intended decoration and title resolution behavior and define a regression check before implementing.
