Description
Android is so out of date right now that I don't think you can do much with the nightly builds.
Github Actions is disabling the Ubuntu 18.04 runner so CI will stop working in a week anyway.
Suggest we stop the nightly builds for Android for now and the CI, with the possibility of resuming if we can get the apothecary changes and main OF up to date.

Research direction
Start by locating the GitHub Actions workflows for Android CI and nightly builds, then inspect their Ubuntu 18.04 runner references and the Android build entry points. Done means Android nightly builds and CI are disabled without affecting other platforms, while the issue's possible future resumption remains clear.
