Description
When using ofTrueTypeFont and drawStringAsShapes letters are not aligned properly.
simple code here:
mCam.begin();
ofSetColor(0); ofFill(); mFont.drawStringAsShapes("varying glyph height", 0, 0);
ofDrawLine(0, 0, 1000, 0);
mCam.end();
Temporary fix is force VFlipped in ofTrueTypeFont, and scale(1, -1, 1) when drawn on screen:
//drawCharAsShape(c, pos.x, pos.y, ofIsVFlipped(), ofGetStyle().bFill);
drawCharAsShape(c, pos.x, pos.y, true, ofGetStyle().bFill);

Research direction
Start by tracing ofTrueTypeFont's drawStringAsShapes and drawCharAsShape while reproducing the provided ofCamera example. Compare glyph alignment with the baseline and investigate the effect of ofIsVFlipped; done means the letters align correctly without forcing VFlipped or applying a scale(1, -1, 1) workaround.
