Description

As was mentioned in an old issue https://github.com/openframeworks/openFrameworks/issues/2495, I tried
CGDisplayHideCursor(NULL);
And that works fine.

I'm on XCode 7.2

Research direction

Locate the OSX-specific implementation of ofHideCursor() and inspect how it handles cursor hiding. Compare it with the reported CGDisplayHideCursor(NULL) call, using OSX 10.10 or 10.11 and XCode 7.2 if available. Done means ofHideCursor() hides the cursor on the affected OSX versions.
