Description
Hello
Whenever running a debug build using ofVideoPlayer I get between 1-2fps.
Release builds seem to function as usual at around 60fps.
I've just noticed this on the 0.9.3 version of oF.
oF 0.9.0 works correctly.
Other than 0.9.3 I have tested on 0.9.2 and I get the same slow performance with debug builds, and expected performance with release builds.
thanks

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with a debug build using ofVideoPlayer, comparing openFrameworks 0.9.0 with 0.9.2 and 0.9.3, then compare debug and release performance. Done means debug playback no longer drops to 1–2 fps while release playback remains unaffected.
