Description
I'm using the latest today OF(master)+vs2012+win7
For example:
ofPlanePrimitive plane;
void ofApp::setup(){
plane.setPosition(256,256,0);
plane.setWidth(100);
plane.setHeight(100);
plane.setResolution(10,10);
plane.mapTexCoords(0,0,1,1);
}
void ofApp::keyReleased(int key){
cout<<"mesh save start"<<endl;
plane.getMesh().save("test.mesh"); ///====>>>bug!
cout<<"mesh save end"<<endl;
}

Research direction
Start by reproducing the crash with the provided ofPlanePrimitive example, then inspect ofMesh::save and the ofMesh::getIndex call shown in the stack trace. Determine why saving this mesh reaches an invalid index, and verify that saving the mesh completes without a crash.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
